The easiest way to get started to fill out our contact form, including the details of your needs and a convenient time to discuss. We then can arrange a phone call to gather the necessary information about your business, objectives, project scope, timing, and budget. From there, we will define the best approach and solution we can provide.

Every project is unique, but most follow a fairly standard pattern:

1. All engagements begin with a comprehensive on-boarding process, where we gain a thorough understanding of the underlying details, internal data and tools, prior efforts and results, etc. At this stage, the project plan is agreed, including key milestones, schedule for updates, timing of any travel, etc.
2. The execution phase then kicks in, where the underlying work is being performed.  Throughout this phase, there are regular updates and, often times, interim deliverables.
3. Once the main deliverable(s) are provided to the client, there usually is a training and handover period. The time needed for this depends on the scope and complexity of the project, as well as the availability of internal staff.
4. As a last step, any additional documentation or adjustments to the deliverables are provided and the client has a final sign-off on the work.

This is often the first question asked by a client. However, every project is different, and we want to make sure the results meet or exceed expectations. Therefore, we price each engagement after a detailed discussion of your objectives and situation. We definitely appreciate that there many demands on your often-limited money, so we strive to be competitive and flexible in our pricing.

We are located in Chattanooga, TN but provide services to clients throughout the U.S.  We  travel frequently and are open to remote as well as on-site engagements.
