Joe Henbest, Founder & Lead Consultant
For more than 30 years, I have worked in a variety of roles across financial modeling, strategy, operations, and risk management, helping clients in a range of industries. In 2015, I began to provide my advisory services independently and currently deliver general consulting and analytics to support firms’ financial forecasting, business strategies, risk measurement, stress testing, and credit and collateral management. During this time, I started leveraging my financial modeling and business background to help several small companies and individuals develop their business, assess strategic options, understand their finances, and build the operational side. I have taken on broad, cross-functional roles that have included budgeting; design and implementation of business infrastructure and policies; financial reporting; oversight of company operations, including all human resources activities; and support of fundraising activities.
Prior to starting on my own, I worked in New York and London leading many projects that involved developing and delivering models, tools, and advisory services. My roles progressed into the overall leadership of various businesses, with responsibilities for business strategy, innovation, and staff, as well as marketing and sales efforts.
